Buying Your Home

Is the property freehold and open to all nationalities?

Plumeria properties are not classified as freehold. Ownership is open to GCC nationals and expatriates holding Bahrain’s Platinum Residency Visa. Our team can guide eligible buyers through the simple documentation process.

What documents or approvals are required to purchase a Plumeria home?

For cash buyers, a valid ID and proof of funds are sufficient. If purchasing through a mortgage, an initial bank approval is required before signing the Sales and Purchase Agreement. Our team works closely with banks to make the process seamless.

Is there a payment plan available, and what happens if I cannot complete it?

Yes, all our homes follow a milestone-based payment schedule. Should unforeseen circumstances arise, we review each case individually to find the best possible solution for our clients.

What are the reservation and down payment terms?

A 1% reservation payment secures your chosen villa for one month. To proceed, the remaining 9% is paid to complete the 10% down payment required to sign the Sales and Purchase Agreement.

Are there any promotional offers or discounts?

We follow a zero-discount policy. Every Plumeria home is priced transparently to ensure fairness and consistency for all buyers — our focus remains on delivering exceptional quality and long-term value.

How long does it take to complete a Plumeria project from start to handover?

Our typical development cycle ranges from 18 to 21 months, depending on the project scale and design complexity. Throughout the process, we prioritize craftsmanship, quality control, and timely delivery.
